Changes in Gdańsk Jasień by the OPTIMA estate

The multi-stage OPTIMA project located in Gdańsk Jasień offered a good chance for the development of that area. To ensure the best possible living conditions to the local community, we have implemented several projects at that place, including:

construction of a length of Jasińskiego Street enhancing the comfort of travel,
redevelopment of Stężycka Street in Gdańsk Jasień with the construction of a foot pavement and installation of a lighting system, which improves safety,
creation of bus line No. 120 with the construction of a bus stop, which permits efficient transport around the city,
ct commercial units ensuring comfortable access to all bare necessities including the opening of public Pozytywne Playgroup No. 7 in Gdańsk.

Opening playgroup No. 7

at the OPTIMA project

With the care of the families with small children in mind, public Pozytywne Playgroup No. 7 in Gdańsk was opened in cooperation with the Pozytywne Inicjatywy Foundation at the OPTIMA project.

The facility is located on the first floor of building G built by INPRO S.A. Owing to the project, the children and their carers have a short distance to cover to reach their playgroup.

Next to the building, INPRO also built parking spaces which help the carers to bring and collect children from playgroup efficiently and comfortably.

Construction of Jasińskiego Street close to the OPTIMA project

One of the activities aiming at the improvement of road infrastructure in Gdańsk Jasień was the construction of a length of Jasińskiego Street located by the OPTIMA project.

Project implementation has ensured an easy traffic link for both the residents and visitors, e.g. the customers of the shops and service outlets operating at the project grounds.

Redevelopment of Stężycka Street in Gdańsk Jasień

The next step designed to improve road infrastructure in the Jasień district in Gdańsk was the redevelopment of Stężycka Street situated close to the OPTIMA estate, which is being built in many stages.

As part of construction works, we repaired the driveway, which means better comfort of use. With the safety of the local community in mind, we also undertook to build a foot pavement and install a lighting system.

Creation of bus line No. 120

Suitable transport links with other parts of the city are one of the key factors contributing to the residents’ comfort. In relation to that, bus line No. 120 was opened in September 2019. The bus runs at the Stężycka – Siedlce route crossing many significant locations. Owing to that, local residents may comfortably travel to schools, work and shops. The route starts at the new bus stop built by INPRO at the Optima estate and then runs along Jabłoniowa Street, next to Primary School No. 6, along Warszawska Street, across the Ujeścisko district to the Siedlce transport hub.

The bus runs 7 days a week from 6.00 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 5.00 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends, owing to which the residents will be able to move around the city freely by public transport.
