Change of the publication date for the annual report and consolidated annual report for 2020

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this publication.
The Management Board of INPRO SA with its registered office in Gdańsk (the "Issuer", "Company") informs that the publication date for the annual report 2020, as indicated in current report No. 2/2021 of 22 January 2021, will be changed as follows:
1. Separate annual report for 12 months ended on 31 December 2020 – the publication date of 8 April 2021 has been postponed to 28 April 2021.
2. Consolidated annual report for 12 months ended on 31 December 2020 – the publication date of 8 April 2021 has been postponed to 28 April 2021.
Other periodic report publication dates in 2021 as indicated in current report No. 2/21 are not changed.

§ 80 para. 2 item 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of securities and on the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent
