Change of the publication date of the separate and consolidated annual reports for 2021

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this publication.
The Management Board of INPRO SA with its registered office in Gdańsk (the “Issuer” or “Company”) informs that due to technical issues with the operation of software for the generation of the reports in the XHTML and ESEF formats, the dates of publication of the separate and consolidated annual reports of the INPRO SA Corporate Group for 2021, which are indicated in current report No. 2/2022 of 17 January 2022, will be changed as follows:
1. The separate annual report for 12 months ended on 31 December 2021 – indicated in the above-mentioned current report for publication on 27 April 2022 – the publication date has been postponed to 29 April 2022.
2. The consolidated annual report for 12 months ended on 31 December 2021 – indicated in the above-mentioned current report for publication on 27 April 2022 – the publication date has been postponed to 29 April 2022.
Other periodic report publication dates in 2022 as indicated in current report No. 2/21 are not changed.
