In relation to the Ordinary General Assembly convened for 27/06/2023, whose proposed agenda allows for adopting resolutions on the appointment of the members of the Company’s Supervisory Board for the new term of office, with relevant information having been given in current report No. 9/2023 of 31 May 2023 and in current report No. 10/2023 of 31 May 2023, the Management Board of INPRO S.A. submits the attached profiles of the candidates for the Supervisory Board as submitted to the Company on 22 June 2023 by the shareholders, with CVs received with the profiles.
The submissions received from a shareholder and the candidates’ CVs are attached to this report.
