The Management Board of INPRO S.A. (the "Company") with its registered office in Gdańsk informs that on 2 June 2017 the Company's Ordinary General Assembly (the "GA"), in relation to the expiry of the mandates of the previous members of the Company's Supervisory Board, adopted a resolution on the appointment of the following persons as members of the Supervisory Board for the common term of office:
1. Mr Jerzy Glanc as an Independent Member in the meaning of § 10 items 11 and 12 of the Company's Statutes,
2. Mr Krzysztof Gąsak as an Independent Member in the meaning of § 10 items 11 and 12 of the Company's Statutes,
3. Mr Łukasz Maraszek,
4. Mr Wojciech Stefaniak,
5. Mr Szymon Lewiński.
The Management Board of INPRO S.A. encloses the curricula vitae of the appointed members of the Supervisory Board and declares that none of them pursues professional activity which would be competitive in relation to INPRO S.A., participates in a competitive company/partnership as a partner or a member of a governing body of a company, or participates in any competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. Moreover, none of the members of the Supervisory Board is recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the National Court Register Act.
The Company also informs that today, i.e. 2 June 2017, after the above Ordinary General Assembly of the Company, the first session of the elected Supervisory Board of the new term was held. As that session, in conformity with the provisions of §7 of the By-Laws of the Supervisory Board of INPRO S.A., the Supervisory Board elected, from among its members, the Chairman, Mr Jerzy Glanc, the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr Krzysztof Gąsak, and the Secretary of the Supervisory Board, Mr Łukasz Maraszek.
