In relation to the agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly of INPRO S.A. (the “Company”) presented in current report No. 13/2020 of 29 May 2020, such assembly convened for 25 June 2020, the Company’s Management Board informs that the authorised shareholders of the Company submitted seven candidates for the Supervisory Board of INPRO S.A. The composition of the Supervisory Board for the new term of office is to be the subject matter of the session of the nearest Ordinary General Assembly of the Company.
The curricula vitae of the candidates with the statement of reasons are attached to this current report.
