In compliance with § 38 par. 1 item 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of securities and on the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended), the Management Board of INPRO S.A. (further the "Company") informs that on 15 May 2015 the Company's Supervisory Board adopted Regulation No. 15/2015 on the recommendation by the Management Board concerning the division of the Company's net profit for 2014, about which resolution the Company advised in current report No. 17/2015 of 14/05/2015.

In conformity with the above-mentioned resolution, the Supervisory Board views positively and grants the motion by the Management Board to allocate a part of the Company's net profit for 2014 in the amount of PLN 3,603,600.00 (three million six hundred and three thousand and six hundred 00/100 zlotys) i.e. PLN 0.09 (nine groszes) per share be allocated towards the dividend to the Company's shareholders and allocate the remaining part of the Company's net profit for 2014 in the amount of PLN 4,016,337.71 (four million sixteen thousand three hundred and thirty seven 71/100 zlotys) towards the increase of the Company's supplementary capital.

The Supervisory Board viewed positively and granted the motion by the Management Board to fix 14 July 2015 as the dividend date and 28 July 2015 as the dividend payment date.

The Company's Supervisory Board recommends the Company's General Assembly to grant the above-mentioned motion and adopt a resolution on the division of the Company's net profit for 2014, fixing the dividend day and dividend payment date as proposed by the Management Board.
