Entrusting the functions to the members of the Supervisory Board for the new term of office

The Management Board of INPRO S.A. (the “Company”) with its registered office in Gdańsk, in relation to the Company’s current report No. 17/2023 of 27 June 2023, in which information was provided on the election of the members of the Company’s Supervisory Board for the new term of office, informs that on 29 June 2023 a session of the Supervisory Board was held. At that session, pursuant to §7 of the By-Laws of the Supervisory Board of INPRO S.A., the Supervisory Board elected, under relevant resolutions, the Chairman, Mr Jerzy Glanc, the Vice-Chairman, Mr Krzysztof Gąsak, and the Secretary of the Supervisory Board, Mr Łukasz Maraszek. The resolutions appointing the various members of the Supervisory Board for the new term of office become effective on 1 January 2024, that is on the commencement date of the new term of office of the Supervisory Board.
