Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this publication.The Management Board of INPRO S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (the "Company") hereby informs the public about the dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2018:
Annual reports for 2017:
a) the annual report of INPRO SA – on 04/04/2018
b) the consolidated annual report of the INPRO SA Group – on 04/04/2018
The semi-annual report for the first six months of 2018:
a) the consolidated semi-annual report of the INPRO SA Group – on 07/09/2018
Quarterly reports for 2018:
a) the consolidated quarterly report of the INPRO SA Group for the first quarter of 2018 – on 23/05/2018
b) the consolidated quarterly report of the INPRO SA Group for the third quarter of 2018 – 21/11/2018
The Management Board also declares that in conformity with § 83 par. 1 item 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of securities and on the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] of 2014 item 133, the consolidated text) [the "Regulation"], the Company will not submit separate quarterly reports or a separate semi-annual report for the first six months of 2018. Consolidated quarterly reports of the INPRO SA Group will, however, contain quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements of the INPRO SA Group and quarterly financial information concerning INPRO SA. Accordingly, the consolidated semi-annual report of the INPRO SA Group will contain semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statements of the INPRO SA Group and semi-annual condensed financial statements of INPRO SA along with a report of an entity authorised to audit financial statements.
Moreover, the Company's Management Board informs that in conformity with § 101 par. 2 of the Regulation the Company will not publish a quarterly report or a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of the financial year 2017 and that the Company will not publish a quarterly report or a consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2018.
