The Management Board of INPRO S.A. (the "Company") with its registered office in Gdańsk informs that on 13/07/2018 the Company signed an annexe to non-revolving working capital agreement No. U0003221303070 described in detail in current report No. 31/2017 of 05/10/2017 with Alior Bank SA with its registered office in Warsaw ("Alior," the "Bank").

The purpose of the annexe described above is to specify the establishment of the Bank's target security by way of a mortgage in relation to the credit and to the implementation by the Company of the further project stages, which will not be founded by the Bank, in such manner that as regards the original description of the security in the form of contractual real estate mortgage up to PLN 22,200,000 for Alior Bank as established on the title to land in Pruszcz Gdański, Dybowskiego Street, covered by land and mortgage register No. GD1G/00287857/0 kept by the Gdańsk-North District Court in Gdańsk, 3rd Land and Mortgage Register Division, it was specified that the mortgage would be established on the Company's title to real property in Pruszcz Gdański, Dybowskiego Street, comprising plot No. 28/12 of the area of 8,042 m2, covered by the land and mortgage register described above, following the separation of that plot from the previous land and mortgage register and establishing a new register by the Gdańsk-North District Court in Gdańsk, 3rd Land and Mortgage Register Division.

It was also indicated in the annexe that after a new land and mortgage register has been established for plot No. 28/12 of the area of 8,042 m2 and after the mortgage has been entered in division IV, the Bank would give consent to the release of the mortgage on plots Nos. 28/13 and 28/18 covered by land and mortgage register No. GD1G/00287857/0.

The Issuer's significant criterion for agreements is the considerable total value, on the Issuer's scale, of the object of the agreements concluded by the entities belonging to the INPRO Corporate Group with Alior Bank SA during the last 12 months, that value being PLN 44,150,000.
