Change of a subsidiary's registered office

The Management Board of INPRO S.A. (further the "Company") with its registered office in Gdańsk informs that on 21 October 2019 the Company's subsidiary, Dom Zdrojowy Sp. z o.o., became aware on 15/10/2019 that the Gdańsk-North District Court in Gdańsk, 8th Business Division of the National Court Register, registered the new address of Dom Zdrojowy i.e. 80-320 Gdańsk, ul. Opata Jacka Rybińskiego 8 in Division 1, Part 2 of the National Court Register.
The change of the company's registered office was the object of resolution No. 1/2019 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Dom Zdrojowy on 5 September 2019. The previous address of Dom Zdrojowy was 84-140 Jastarnia, ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 2A.
The General Meeting adopted the resolution on the change of the registered office due to a change of the business profile in relation to the lease agreement under which Dobry Hotel Mięczkowski Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Sopot leased the hotel belonging to Dom Zdrojowy Sp. z o.o. in Jastarnia, called the Hotel SPA – Dom Zdrojowy, located at ul. Kościuszki 2a in Jastarnia and took over the rights and obligations under the apartment lease agreements for apartments located in the same building as the hotel, but constituting separate items of real property owned by third parties, and stepped into other obligation relationships concerning the operation of the hotel (current report No. 21/2019 of 12/08/2019).
