The Management Board of INPRO SA informs that yesterday, that is 8 February 2016, it received a ruling of 1 February 2016 of the Gdańsk-North District Court in Gdańsk, 7th Business Division of the National Court Register, regarding the striking out of Mr Robert Maraszek from the Supervisory Board of INPRO SA and on entering a new member of that body, Mr Łukasz Maraszek. The Company advised of the details of the change in the composition of the Supervisory Board in current report No. 49/2015 of 18 December 2015.
