Registration of the change of the subsidiary’s business name and registered office by the Registry Court

The Management Board of INPRO S.A. (further: the “Company”) with its registered office in Gdańsk informs that on 29 October 2020 the Company received information from a subsidiary of INPRO S.A., Domesta - Sp. z o.o., on receipt by that entity of the ruling of 30/09/2020 of the Gdańsk-North District Court in Gdańsk, 7th Business Division of the National Court Register, concerning the registration in Division 1 Column 1 of the National Court Register of the amended business name: DOMESTA - Sp. z o.o. (previously: Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane DOMESTA Sp. z o.o.) and on the registration in Division 1 Column 2 of the National Court Register of the company’s new address, i.e. 80-298 Gdańsk, ul. Budowlanych 68 B (the previous address: 80-298 Gdańsk, ul. Cementowa 5-9).

The changes follow from the resolution of 11/09/2020 adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the subsidiary.

Detailed legal grounds: Article 17 para. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (also referred to as the MAR).
