With reference to current report No. 33/2017 of 23/11/2017 concerning receipt of the third party position which may influence the residential premises delivery process at the Harmonia Oliwska property development project, stage I, the Management Board of INPRO SA (the "Company") with its registered office in Gdańsk informs that, owing to the Company's efforts, solutions have been found which enabled smooth acceptance inspections of flats by the buyers at the project. The positions of TVP SA and INPRO SA on exercising by INPRO SA's customers of the servitudes of trespass by vehicle and on foot across roads belonging to TVP SA, such servitudes established by TVP SA, continue to be contradictory to each other. This notwithstanding, by the time the title to the premises being purchased by those clients is transferred to them, with the transfer of the shares in the common real property comprising the perpetual usufruct of land subject to that servitude, those customers enter the estate on the basis of powers of attorney issued to them personally. As far as the Company knows, this takes place without major problems.
There are 151 flats at the Harmonia Oliwska stage I, out of which number 123 flats were sold. As at the end of 20/12/2017, 90 premises were delivered. The Company assumes the delivery of another 6 premises by the end of 2017.
The Company's estimate of the delivery level in the entire INPRO SA Corporate Group for 2017 is 436 compared to 463 in the last year. INPRO itself is planning to hand over 321 premises in 2017 (compared to 372 in 2016).
