The Management Board of INPRO S.A. (the Company, Issuer) informs that on 27 January 2022 it received a notice from Ms Grażyna Maria Dąbrowska-Stefaniak, Ms Monika Anna Stefaniak and Mr Wojciech Kacper Stefaniak on the acquisition of a considerable package of the Company’s shares.
