The Management Board of INPRO S.A. (further the "Company") with reference to current report No. 36/2015 of 30 July 2015, informs that on 3 September 2015 the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, as the Company's representative, signed with Mr Krzysztof Maraszek an annexe to the management contract thus amending the provision on the severance pay due to the Member of the Management Board, by indicating in §9 par. 6 of that contract that in the event of the termination of the contract by either party with notice described in §9 par. 3 thereof and in the event of termination of the contract with immediate effect by the Member of the Management Board for reasons described in §9 par. 2 thereof, the Company is obliged to pay the Member of the Management Board the severance pay in the amount of PLN 1,200,000 gross.

Previously, the wording of that provision (§9 par. 6) entitled the Member of the Management Board to obtain a severance pay in the event of the termination of the contract (agreement) by the Company with notice specified in §9 par. 3, or the termination of the contract by the Member of the Management Board with immediate effect for reasons described in §9 par. 2 of that agreement.

The above information is given by the Management Board on the basis of Article 56 par. 1 item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments into the organised trading system, and on public companies (i.e. Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] 2013, item 1382).
