The Management Board of INPRO S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (the "Company") informs that on 4 April 2016 it adopted resolutions regarding the granting of joint power of proxy to Mr Robert Maraszek and Mr Marcin Stefaniak. Both of the above-mentioned proxies were granted the power of joint proxy authorising each of them to act together with the other.
The cv's of the proxies with information about their professional work are attached to this current report.
The above persons are not involved in a competitive activity against INPRO SA or participate in a competitive company/partnership as a partner in a partnership or as a member of a governing body of a company, neither do they participate in any competitive legal person as a member of its governing body;
Those persons are not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the National Court Register Act.
