The Management Board of INPRO S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (the "Company") hereby informs the public about the dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2025: 

Annual reports for 2024: 

a) the annual report of INPRO SA – on 25/04/2025 
b) the consolidated annual report of the INPRO SA Corporate Group – on 25/04/2025 

The semi-annual report for the first six months of 2025: 

a) the consolidated semi-annual report of the INPRO SA Corporate Group – on 15/09/2025 

Quarterly reports for 2025: 

a) the consolidated quarterly report of the INPRO SA Corporate Group for the first quarter of 2025 – on 27/05/2025 
b) the consolidated quarterly report of the INPRO SA Corporate Group for the third quarter of 2025 – on 24/11/2025 

The Company's Management Board also informs that:

- on the basis of § 62 para. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of securities and on the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (the “Regulation”), the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports. In relation to which the consolidated quarterly reports of the INPRO SA Corporate Group will contain the condensed quarterly financial statements of INPRO SA.

- on the basis of § 62 para. 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish a separate semi-annual report, in relation to which the condensed semi-annual financial statements of INPRO SA with a report of an entity authorised to audit financial statements and the condensed additional information will be included in the consolidated semi-annual report of the INPRO SA Corporate Group.

- on the basis of § 79 para. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2024 and for the second quarter of 2025.

All the periodic reports will be published at the Company's web site www.inpro.com.pl, Information for Investors / Periodic Reports.

 § 80 para. 1 item 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by the issuers of securities and on the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland] of 2018, item 757).
