The Management Board of INPRO SA with its registered office in Gdańsk informs that an agreement was signed with Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Investment Company”) on 31/03/2025 for the organisation of the issue of bearer bonds up to PLN 50,000,000 for the period of 4 years. The bonds will not be secured. The issue of the bonds will be effected by way of a public offer, without the need to draw up a prospectus or offering memorandum. 

Under the above-mentioned agreement, Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski is obliged, without limitation, to prepare documentation for the purposes of the issue, offer the bonds, fulfil the function of the authorised adviser and calculation agent, and represent the Company in acts and proceedings before the National Depository for Securities, all related to bond registration.

The agreement entered into by and between the Company and Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski contains standard provisions and is typical in transactions of this kind.

The Management Board of INPRO S.A. indicates that the detailed parameters of the issue of the Company's bonds effected as part of the assumptions described in the report will be determined after the completion of the book building process for the bonds.

The Company will provide information on the further course of action related to the bond issue in relevant reports.
