Public offering - For investors

On 20 December 2010, the Financial Supervision Commission (KNF), the regulatory authority of the Polish capital market, approved the Prospectus of INPRO Spółka Akcyjna.

This year, on 29 December, Inpro S.A. published the Prospectus.

The initial public offering of INPRO S.A. was commenced on 21 January 2011 and was completed on 31 January 2011.

The shares offered within the IPO were allotted on 1 February 2011.
Within the IPO, 10,010,000 series B shares were offered by the Company, including:

- in the Retail Tranche – 1,300,000 shares

- in the Large Investors Tranche – 8,710,000 shares.

In the Retail Tranche, the rate of reduction was 32.66%.
In the Large Investors Tranche, the shares were allotted without any reduction.
Within the public offering subscriptions for 10,640,526 shares were made, including:

in the Retail Tranche, subscriptions for 1,930,526 shares
in the Large Investors Tranche, subscriptions for 8,710,000 shares.

INPRO S.A. allotted, in the course of the public offering, 10,010,000 shares, including:

in the Retail Tranche, 1,300,000 shares were allotted
in the Large Investors Tranche, 8,710,000 shares were allotted.

The issue price for Series B shares was PLN 6.60 per share.
The number of persons and institutions that made the subscriptions is as follows:

in the Retail Tranche – 917
in the Large Investors Tranche – 23.

The value of the concluded public offering was PLN 66,066,000.

On 17 February 2011, the Inpro S.A. shares appeared for the first time on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
