The underground storeys feature the garage hall directly connected with higher floors by a lift. 55 ground-based parking spaces have been created at the site between the buildings. On the ground floor, bicycle stores and rooms for keeping baby carriages and strollers have been provided. The residents also enjoy access to storage units as well. The estate is distinguished by elegant halls and staircases.

Actively and healthily

The estate features many amenities, including a multi-purpose sports field, large playground, outdoor fitness centre, recreation grounds and children’s play areas with sandpits and benches for the carers. Generally accessible spaces for bikes have been created as well. The town authorities created a developed water reservoir which is very close to the project.

Calmly and safely

The Debiut estate is covered by the monitoring system. Each unit is equipped with the intercom, and the car entrance to the estate is controlled by a remotely controlled rising barrier.

Owing to the appropriate interior layout, the flats enjoy the maximum daylight. All units are designed with comfortable furnishings in mind.

Sunny balconies and big gardens

Flats at the project are distinguished by wide and sunny balconies and loggias. Ground-floor units have large green gardens up to as much as 200 m².

The estate is built from the highest quality materials. Owing to the care of even the minute details, the estate has become an exceptionally comfortable living space, which meets the expectations of even the most demanding persons.

Around 10 km from the Gdańsk centre

The town authorities provided the inhabitants with a free bus line ensuring access to all the key places in Pruszcz Gdański. The Debiut estate is located at Dybowskiego Street. Within the city, there runs a direct bus to Gdańsk, and the distance to the centre of the capital city of Pomerania is only 10 km. Well-developed bus and train connections permit the inhabitants to travel all over the Tri-City fast and directly. There is also the bypass road and A1 motorway not far from the complex.

The surroundings

Located close to the Tri-City, Pruszcz Gdański is an extremely picturesque town with abundant infrastructure comprising recreation grounds, modern playgrounds, open outdoor fitness centres and cycling paths. Many canoeing events are organised in the town. The Gdańsk Flying Club awaits thrill seekers.

In a sporty and concert-like fashion

Sport schools for children, comfortable swimming pools, and the skating rink in winter operate in the town. In summer, many shows and concerts may be watched and admired in the amphitheatre. As part of the International Baltic Culture Park, attractions such as a skate park, sledging hill, playground and multi-purpose sports field are also available to children. There is also a cinema and the Pruszcz Gdański Museum in the surroundings.

Comfortable infrastructure

In Pruszcz Gdański, educational institutions such as the crèche and playgroups are a great convenience for all families with small children living in the area. In the town there are many prestigious companies, such as LPP or the Nowak Meat Plant, which guarantee employment. There are also many large shops, including Tesco, Biedronka and Piotr i Paweł, as well as distribution centres of Poczta Polska and Lidl in the town.

We Jointly Create the City

To improve recreational infrastructure and enhance the comfort of local residents’ life, in consultation with the Pruszcz Gdański Commune, we have planned to create a bicycle/pedestrian path. As part of the project, in the surroundings of the water tank located near the Debiut project, recreational infrastructure will be constructed including a cycling path and foot pavement, along with lighting and structural landscaping.

The financing and construction of the project is the responsibility of INPRO at land owned by the Pruszcz Gdański Municipality.
