The OPTIMA estate in Gdańsk is designed to offer its residents the maximum daily comfort owing to many amenities created at the site. One of them is building “G”, constructed in 2019, whose area is designed to feature commercial units only.
In building “G”, there operate many service providers such as the playgroup called Public Publiczne Pozytywne Przedszkole No. 7 and a Żabka grocery store. There is also a parcel pick-up station by the building. Owing to that facility, the residents gained comfortable access to all the bare necessities at their fingertips.

At the estate, a Żabka chain grocery store has been created which makes it easy to do everyday shopping quickly and comfortably. By the building, there is also a 24 h parcel pick-up station, which permits comfortable collection of postal packages at any time.
With the care of the families with small children in mind, public Pozytywne Playgroup No. 7 in Gdańsk was opened in cooperation with the Pozytywne Inicjatywy Foundation at the OPTIMA project.
The facility is located on the first floor of building G built by INPRO S.A. Owing to the project, the children and their carers have a short distance to cover to reach their playgroup.
Next to the building, INPRO also built parking spaces which help the carers to bring and collect children from playgroup efficiently and comfortably.
