Task III of the OPTIMA estate consists of 3 buildings with a total of 88 flats. The perfect location, at Stężycka Street in Gdańsk, permits the use of rich surrounding infrastructure. Less than 2 km from the project site, there is, for example, a slip road to the Tri-City bypass road (1.7 km), the Designer Outlet Gdańsk shopping centre (1.9 km) as well as Lake Jasień with many recreational areas and an extensive network of bicycle paths. It takes only 15 minutes to get to the centre of Gdańsk from the OPTIMA housing estate.
The multi-stage OPTIMA estate consists of four- and five-storey multi-family buildings. The project is designed to meet the expectations of the residents and provide them with anything they need for a comfortable life. Each unit is equipped with a spacious balcony or garden. Green areas around the buildings are fitted out with structural landscaping, a water hole, playground for children, an outdoor fitness centre and a multi-functional sports field. To increase residents’ comfort, ground-based car parks, bicycle stands and a retail and service centre have been built. The estate is partly fenced and covered with round-the-clock monitoring. An illuminated foot pavement designed by INPRO along Stężycka Street, by which the project is located, is an additional amenity.
Flats in the OPTIMA estate are designed with attention to functionality. The well-thought-out room layouts ensure adequate sunlight in the flats and offer enable individual design. The buildings also feature amenities such as garage halls and residents’ storage units, as well modern lifts in each staircase.
