Rich infrastructure in the surroundings

In the immediate vicinity of the housing estate, there are all local amenities useful in daily life, such as a school, playgroup, pharmacy, parcel pick-up station, filling station, the Town Hall, as well as many shops, a restaurant, gyms and a cinema at the Galeria Rumia shopping centre, and a park with street workout facilities and a playground.

Close to nature

In Rumia Centralna, you are only one step away from a healthy lifestyle! The river Zagórska Struga flowing near the project site is a popular walking route. Next, the nearby Zagórska Struga Valley and the neighbouring Tri-City Landscape Park are great places for sports and recreation.

Nearby, there are picturesque forests with walking paths and numerous viewpoints, including the Markovc Hill, where, in addition to the vantage point itself, educational trails, a rope course, children's playground, amphitheatre and sledge hill are available.

Good transport connections

Rumia Centralna is close to wherever you want to go! Owing to an extensive transport network, the Tri-City agglomeration is within easy reach by car or public transport. Right next to the estate, there is a bus stop operated by lines 84, 85, 86, 173, 288 and 650, enabling anyone to reach the various parts of the city and the neighbouring locations. In addition, owing to the nearby PKP railway station, the inhabitants can reach the Tri-City easily and directly, and a trip to Gdynia by the Rapid City Railway will take only 10 minutes.

Small Kashubian Tri-City

Together with Reda and Wejherowo, Rumia makes up the Small Kashubian Tri-City. Those towns take care of the residents' interests and actively develop the activity of the three communes.
