The past 2022 year was hard for the prospective buyers of flats (a the difficult situation on the market, a growth of interest rates on mortgage credits and the introduction of more stringent recommendations from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) with regard to mortgage credits, considerably reducing the level of credit granted to customers). Thus, developers have faced many challenges in the months in which sales were based mainly on customers paying cash.
