Optymalne udogodnienia

Z myślą o komforcie mieszkańców utworzono hale garażowe, naziemne parkingi i stojaki rowerowe. Każdy z budynków posiada również komórki lokatorskie i windy. W celu zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa, na osiedlu zainstalowano system monitorujący, a jego teren częściowo ogrodzono.

Rain gardens

The rain garden complex located at the project site is designed to manage water in a natural way, reduce the volume of rain water flowing off the project site and contribute to the reduction of drainage service costs.

Optymalne otoczenie

Na osiedlu funkcjonuje ż budynek handlowo-usługowy, oferujący m.in. dostęp do sklepu sieci Żabka oraz Stokrotka, Piekarni Cukrowej, Publicznego Pozytywnego Przedszkola nr 7, a także Żłobka „A-KuKu”. W obrębie osiedla znajduje się także bankomat i 24-godzinny paczkomat. W sąsiedztwie inwestycji nie brakuje terenów rekreacyjnych idealnych do spacerów wokół pobliskich jezior.

We Jointly Create the City

The multi-stage OPTIMA project located in Gdańsk Jasień offered a good chance for the development of that area. To ensure the best possible living conditions to the local community, we have implemented several projects at that place, including:

• construction of a length of Jasińskiego Street enhancing the comfort of travel,
• redevelopment of Stężycka Street in Gdańsk Jasień with the construction of a foot pavement and installation of a lighting system, which improves safety,
• creation of bus line No. 120 with the construction of a bus stop, which permits efficient transport around the city,
• ct commercial units ensuring comfortable access to all bare necessities including the opening of public Pozytywne Playgroup No. 7 in Gdańsk.
